This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was created to demonstrate the commitment of Full Gauge Eletro-Controles Ltda., registered under CNPJ/ME No. 90.446.048/0001-10 (hereinafter referred to as “Full Gauge“, we“, or “our“), to the security and privacy of information collected from users, who are the holders of their personal data (“Data Subject,” “User,” or simply “you”). This Policy also aims to help Data Subjects make informed decisions regarding their privacy.

Job Application Information (“Work with Us”)

Name, gender, email, date of birth, salary expectations, phone number, CPF, RG, RG issuing body, RG state, RG issue date, PIS number and registration date, social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Skype, Twitter, Instagram), résumé, professional summary, career objectives, personal interests, work experience, job position, workplace, start and end dates, duties performed, academic background, education level, course, educational institution, status, expected graduation year, language proficiency and level, job-related skills, desired role and department, photo, marital status, number of children, willingness to relocate, travel availability, full address, ZIP code, city, state, country, and whether you have a disability.Purpose: To include you in our résumé database and/or begin your selection process based on available positions at Full Gauge.

Please note that the personal data listed above will be collected by Full Gauge and subsequently processed only as necessary to achieve the purposes set forth herein.

We do not intentionally collect, store, or otherwise process excessive or unnecessary personal data, nor do we process sensitive data (such as racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, trade union or organizational membership of a religious, philosophical, or political nature, health or sexual orientation data, or genetic information) or children’s or adolescents’ data. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from sharing such data with us. If we become aware of the inadvertent collection or processing of such data, it will be deleted from our records.
