Reverse logistics is a stage in the supply chain focused on returning used materials to the manufacturing process, aiming for proper disposal and environmental care.

Full Gauge Controls has an exclusive channel for receiving digital instruments for disposal, giving its customers the opportunity to help reduce environmental impacts by ensuring the proper and safe disposal of electronic products that have reached the end of their useful life.

Although Brazilian legislation establishes reverse logistics obligations for certain types of products and manufacturers, Full Gauge Controls informs that, at present, it does not fall within the categories of manufacturers legally required to structure and implement reverse logistics systems for all of their post-consumer products.

Nevertheless, as part of its commitment to environmental preservation, Full Gauge Controls voluntarily maintains this channel for the receipt and disposal of the brand's digital instruments.

Products sent by customers for disposal are forwarded directly to Technical Assistance, where they undergo a safe and rigorous process of sorting, disassembly, and material separation. All materials that cannot be recycled are given an environmentally appropriate final destination and sent to qualified service providers licensed by the competent environmental authorities.

Full Gauge Controls is also committed to reverse logistics for packaging, sending a greater quantity of material for recycling than the amount it places on the market.

Through these actions, Full Gauge Controls seeks to contribute to environmental preservation and the proper disposal of electronic waste, in accordance with good environmental practices and the principles established by the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS).

The sender must provide the documentation required by the carrier or postal service for an international shipment, such as a customs declaration, commercial invoice or pro forma invoice, when applicable.

When a content description or customs classification is required, use a clear and generic description such as:

The declared value should correspond to the actual value required by the carrier or customs authorities. If the shipment is being sent exclusively for warranty evaluation or repair, this information should be clearly indicated in the customs documentation, when applicable.

Fill out the DONATION TERMS AND DISPOSAL AUTHORIZATION. The responsibility for shipping costs in electronic solid waste shipment operations lies with the SENDER, in this case, the customer.
