Description

Thermostat with timer developed for dough proofer, it controls heating, refrigeration, and ventilation. When used with a sensor model SB-56* it controls the humidity of the process as well. The output to the solenoid valve together with the level sensor manages the filling of the oven’s water tank. The control may be manual or automatic depending on the fermentation start time and end time. It features a clock, internal audible alarm (buzzer) and also allows using an external audible alarm.
